All of the diverse people you meet present unique situations and difficulties, whether they are clients, colleagues, or collaborators. It is often all too easy to take the weight of your professional life into your personal one, resulting in stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, poor sleep, irritability, anger, and a myriad other psychophysiological symptoms.

Although we cannot stop the inherent stress of the job, we can give you techniques to help you navigate it with the help of the amazing tool you have with you at all times - your own body.

Our wellness classes for service providers are designed to help you ground yourself in your body, become aware of how your physiological, emotional, and mental states are intimately linked, and to use that understanding to help you manage and release the stress of the day.

    • grounding (developing a sense of present awareness through the 5 senses)

    • gentle somatic practice to notice and release tension (includes based mainly in yoga, but also drawn from other disciplines)​

    • breathwork for releasing tension and modulating energy levels

    • stillness practice

    • trauma-informed​

    • not energy intensive (can be done in a suit!)
